the location is so pretty, the courses offered and the variet of .... with ... is amazing. zoology coveres every aspects as core modules as well as the specialisations. only thing is stuy spaces fill up really quickly

everything is in person, labs are easy as lecturer walks you through it as well as there being student demonstrators to help etc. contact with lecturers is amazing too

as a student whose been wanting a part time job since before coming to university, there is barely any opportunities.

i loved my first year uni halls, my room was fairly large and it was only £141 a week (2022-2023). wifi was the usual student eduroam wifi, it did play up for a few days but issues were quickly resolved, onsite secutity everyday and maintenance were quick. st marys is kind of out the way up a fairly steep hill so just keep that in mind, but after a few months you will be walking the hill fine

Warm welcoming non discriminatory supportive environment. Teaching staff are very helpful. The environment is colder than what I am used to. I would request more events for international students that stay during christmas holidays to reduce homesickness.

More should be done for internships or field experience

Too many fire alarms!! If its the students smoking, the rest find it very inconveniencing especially at 2.00am when we have to read in the morning.
