Amazing overall experience but with a few caveats. Not enough support for placement students especially if they have trouble while on placement. Not enough dedication is given to the welfare and diversity/EDI sector, constantly feels like students are fighting to keep it going and the uni/union is ready to shut services down whenever possible.

The SU and student life were probably the weakest parts of my university experience, but this is likely in part due to the small size of Aberystwyth. There were a range of societies but many stopped and restarted at various points. The campus has a great atmosphere and is just the right size!

The staff and students around the campus are always so welcoming and friendly. It really makes me enjoy where I’m studying. I think something that could be improved is the university’s response to student based issues.

I really wanted to study Health and Social Care further to enable me to have in depth knowledge and be prepared to potentially study a nursing degree. One major problem I was facing was not wanting to leave home just yet UCNL providing me that very option. The staff within Uni are supportive and friendly and accommodating. They always try and push you to reach your full potential.

I have great family and 2 grandchildren I’m happy because I starting to learn and improve my career with regent college I m very happy because I do the right things I recommend to everyone that college it’s very nice and good people. On a sports science degree, you’ll learn how the human body works during exercise and how sport and exercise affect the physical and mental health of athletes. During the degree, you’ll probably touch on various areas of study, like physiology, anatomy and psychology, covering topics like nutrition, biomechanics, performance psychology and sports rehabilitation. Once graduated, you’ll be able to consider a range of careers in the sports performance industry, such as performance analyst, sports psychologist, sports scientist and personal trainer. These jobs can be found at professional sports clubs, as well as in private and public facilities.
