The experience here has been good so far; the support services are good and always willing to help with your issues. My course is very interesting and it uses a different approach to all other universities which is problem based learning.

The law department is beautiful and needs no improvements.

I used the open door team when I felt anxious.

I don't really think about this.

I like going for a coffee and also book shopping.

I am part of yoga society.

I like the problem based learning as it is very interactive and there is lots of support from tutors.

I don't think that it'll be too hard.

My house is beautiful.

I love the campus and how open and green the campus is. I especially enjoy the law facilities and the PBL learning method as it is helping me grow in my studies. The reading spaces often fill up quickly however, they are all amazing. The buses can sometimes be temperamental and I find that some of the spaces there are to study could be open for longer/later and have more spaces to study.

The Law LLB at York is a 3 year course with a combination of lectures, workshops ( legal skills and concepts) and PBL learning. You can access the lecture replays online and the pre reading too which is super easy and stress free. The best experience is when you attend in person as you can properly engage in the lectures. The legal skills workshops are helpful with the transition from degree learning to employment and the legal concepts workshops are great for strengthening your knowledge of the legal frame of law. PBL is also incredible engagement in the law and is something that only a few universities across the country offer. The contact with lecturers is amazing and they are guaranteed to reply 9-5 on the same day and some of them up to midnight which is amazing.

They have everything you need and you are paying for what is advertised and the rooms are huge! They have everything you need however, the kitchen is a little small. Other than that they are clean, have everything you need and homely.
