As a research focused department, lecturers are incredibly passionate about what they talk about. The student support is spoken about continually and is very easy to access. There are plenty of varied study spaces and people are very friendly to talk to. I enjoy my number of contact hours and also feel the variety of assessment types reflect well on the course. The SU works continually to prioritise its student community and make life as a student a lot easier. There are plenty of things to do around the city and transport links to other places. It could be improved by allowing bus access to all areas of campus east especially around Anne Lister and David Kato college.

I like my amount of contact hours as I feel I'm getting a lot out of it. Almost all of my lecturers are passionate and exciting to listen to. There is also an open dialogue of feedback with the lecturers so we can tell them where to improve. Tutorials facilitate learning well but some could be improved with being made to be more interactive.

They're very well-kept and the weekly clean of the kitchen is very necessary. The rooms are large and I would say reflect the money. The hub is a great place to socialise and there are plenty of amenities such as vending machines, pool and ping pong tables. The garden areas are very well kept and my room is such a lovely place to come back .
