The people are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of great common study areas and well-adversed staff makes the course very worthwhile. Sports and societies are a big win here especially being free to join meaning you can try many new things and not worry about the financial side of things. My only complaint about the university is that the town it’s based in is very dead at the moment. But luckily great people in and around Bangor makes you forget about all that

There is a lot of emphasis on self study but you do get fantastic guidance from the bangor uni staff. All in person unless class sizes deem it impossible to find rooms. Lecturers are very engaging and passionate. Some of the buildings do need some work to make it more modernised but other than that all brilliant

Very modern halls and all basic requirements fulfilled

As with all universities, it is a business and a failing one at that so it's understaffed and they don't deliver on everything they should. But as far as universities go its pretty decent, there are some pretty unique course options, and I like the large range of clubs and societies that are all free to join.

I love that all lectures are recorded without fail, and I really like some lecturers, but others are a bit rubbish, as with everywhere.

They are pretty good value compared to other unis, and ffridd village is right by everything, so super convenient
