Community feel, with cross campus' linked together through the students' union. The voices of the students get heard and involved into the overall university. My experience of the University of Gloucestershire has been very positive as challenging the experience going to university can be. I have through the years visited each of the campus’ and feel they have significantly improved in terms of the social spaces and lecture rooms, all of my lectures have been useful and lectures are very kind and welcoming here. Since the enhanced year in my third year where the semesters have been extended and weeks have been selected as ‘enhanced’ it has given me breathers and space where I essentially needed it to complete assignments. I would say the added pressure of third year is extreme and I could have done with a little more support in terms of knowing what assignments I would have the summer before and given more time between deadlines. Overall though if I was back making my decisions three years ago I would come to this university as it has offered me a life time of experiences.

Could be improved in terms of online apps and having all the information the university has accessible in one place.

The Students Union and Helpzone provide a significant amount of student support and are available to all students whether they are on or off campus and are very supportive.

Provides clear communication for students, supports all clubs and societies while remaining very green and sustainable. The business plan is exceptional and continues to improve year on year to enhance the student experience and support individuals on a personal, university and career level.

The city life here is brilliant, a lot to offer in terms of shops, night-life and being a safe community town. The student houses could be improved and the University could benefit from speaking to more students to get feedback on landlords.

The Clubs and Societies run very well with what they have and are constantly improving with more members and each club runs its own budgets, gaining sponsorship through members and local business's. The university is improving in terms of clubs abilities too, however facilities could be improved.

The courses could be more practical rather then theory based and involved the community better. The Lecturers need to have more drop in sessions that are available to all students. Also cross course support needs to be highlighted more in terms of each student being able to take advantage of interest in other courses.

Placement team provide an excellent service in terms of Job Prospects, however the university life personally doesn't allow time for myself to invest into graduate jobs until I have more spare time.

The accommodation in University of Gloucestershire is sufficient however costs are rising and University is becoming less affordable due to high accommodation costs.
