I think the worst so far has been my halls experience, but thats very specific to me - I am in older buildings on site and I think they could use some more TLC! A lot of my friends in newer flats get lots more upgrades in their flat despite them already being newer. The best has been my course, it is a new course so they are still figuring it out, but it’s been really good and exactly what I was looking for! Along with the friends I have made on the course.

My favourite aspects are how the content actually fits, and all of our different modules interlink with each other so something you learn in one module can be applied to the other! My least favourite thing has been that during the first term our timetable was all over the place, making it hard to get into a routine! Some weeks we would be in every day and some weeks we would only be in for a couple hours on a couple days.

Most is the location, it is nice to be in a student village because you feel more connected and it’s easier to get to places or see people. Least favourite is that my halls aren’t in the best condition as they are an older block, it gets very cold being ground floor and a lot of our appliances don't work very well in the kitchen! I’d appreciate some of the upgrades that other newer flats get.

The lectures are generally interesting and engaging

One of the science buildings, bramble, is pretty unaesthetic but all facilities are in good condition

Very affordable but did have an issue with silverfish at one point
