coming to a uni like bangor has presented opportunities to me that i never thought i would have. In terms of support, the university has helped me both academically in my department, in the union and personally with student services. the staff are skilled and experienced, offering constant help daily, lecturers and guest lecturers are brought in to provide classes ranging from handling pressure, to planning essays, to cooking skills. the surrounding mountains and sea views from the accommodation is surreal, I'm able to surf, ski and play american football all in one place. it is truly a home from home. due to the support and help, opportunities and sport available, i have grown to love the area and the cities diversity (due to the uni itself being so international). Im only 4 months into my first year and i've met so many amazing people with amazing stories from all over the world, joined teams and clubs that i never could have imagined playing and I'm already due to travel the world because of the unis funding and schemes for all students to study to their best capabilities. the city is small, but because of this everyone is close, making it easy to grow on the city tucked away behind the mountains and sea. there is always something going on, i didn't know there were places like this in the UK- truly surreal- an outgoing students paradise.

The free access to Law data basses , teaching method, smooth environment, helpful teachers and cooperative staff members specially friendly library staff makes it attractive. However, student administration section feel exhaustive to answer quarries of freshly arrived international students. I believe if there is a information desk at the administration section so, it will be very helpful. I also suggest that photo copies for the international students should be provided free as they are far from their homes and manage their budget for studies.

Course content is very informative and relevant. All the teachers are well conversant however, in preparation of assignments there should be dummy assignments for learning purpose of the students so, the student did not drop their score due to assignments.

The rooms were very secure quite and were located on best location. The rooms were clean having a separate washroom and shared kitchen. However, I suggest there should be 24/48 hours service for the guest accommodation main office as most of the student arrives late nights due to late flights and when they reached the university the office is closed so, it causes in convenience to new arrivals. Another important thing I need to suggest is new arrivals has not their credit cards to make payments on the desk as after registration they are allowed to open bank accounts. Therefore for payment purpose they need to go to the administration section for cash payment to get stay at guest accommodation. So, if there is also a cash payment counter at the guest accommodation main office so, that would be very convenient and will safe time. The prices for guest stay are very reasonable and affordable which is very admiring however, they charge extra for bed linen and blanket so, it should be free.
