Universities are often scary places, but with Queen Mary you fit right in. It feels like you are in the right place at exactly the right time. This is great because university is not just about studying, it is about meeting new people and learning life lessons.
Going to Queen Mary has definitely changed ,y idea of what universities are meant to be like. I thought university would be boring and no one would help you. But at Queen Mary everyone is offering you a hand and everyone is talking and enjoying themselves.
Education wise, the course is very well set out and the lecturers are passionate and ensure that we comprehend fully our studies. The social side of Queen Mary is very active, the students' union is active and wonderful.
At Queen Mary, You will actually enjoy learning. The courses are taught in such a way that everything is simple and easy for us. Some courses even get helping handbooks given out to them, like the reading lists and stuff like that.
I love queen mary, it is such good fun. The classes are great and the people are wonderful. Everyone fits right in and you can talk to people pretty much everywhere. The hive (student union area) is amazing, you should deco come to Queen Mary!!
I am always proud that i am a queen mary student, this is not only because it is part of the russell group but it it also because queen mary has a reputation of being friendly and having hardworking students.
Very nice friendly environment. People are really friendly and helpful. Most lessons are taught well and additional assistance is given when required. Sometimes though feedback from lecturers is not satisfactory. A lot of societies and clubs to join at student union.
Overall good, nice campus and mostly friendly staff. Enjoyed my time, the chapel especially is a nice place to go. Needs more study space for students and more affordable accommodation.
It has its good and bad sides.. The service is fine, but the structure could be improved. You get what you expect from the prospectus anyway. Most teachers are great, but the marking criteria has turned out to be very subjective
Interaction is good on my course and lecturers are nice. The city life is good as are the people and the opportunities. For your job search they make sure that you are well prepared.
Brilliant. Interesting lectures conducted by brilliant lecturers, good shopping in the city, the university facilities are wonderful and have joined the well run women's football team.
Great course structure, I take different classes from different departments. Accommodation is small and the branding of the university means that my job prospects are good.
Overall experience is good. We have a lot of practical work in lectures, accommodation is cheap and modern in comparison to other London Uni's. Facilities are OK, but could do with more places to study.
Good community feeling, like the closeness to the city. Good accessible lecturers that are challenging and engaging. Would like free access to the gym, but the union is good and does a lot to promote welfare.
Its great, i'm glad I came here. Lectures are intresting and relevant. Optimistic about my job prospects and the Union seems well organised. Would comment that some of the buildings are in serious need of some TLC!
Lectures are good and students are helpful. London is expensive and busy, and this extends to the university where the cafes are also too busy/ Students Union is particularly helpful and it targets important issues and societies governance.
The suppose provided is excellent as not just the lecturers help alot but also staff available in library drop in session. Everything is so organised. The university is amazing and the environment and the people around are so friendly. Many places to go and have fun.
Amazing uni with a great atmosphere and a great mixture of students both international and London students. The staff and students are very friendly and it is great being a part of Queen Mary!

There are so many universities that offer Biomedical Engineering, but Queen Mary offers one of the best Courses ever. It has great labs, and so many more resources that are always available for us to use.
