The university itself is great, the courses are well structured and the academic tutors are great. However, it is difficult to be seen to receive support.

The course hours are spread out across the week that gives you time to complete other tasks or have a job.

The accommodation is old and in desperate need for repair.

De Montfort university is one of the most prestigious schools in the UK. It has amazing and well qualified staffs, as well as good equipped labs. Also the class room facilities are very much suitable for learning. Additionally, De Montfort university has a good location , because around it are convenient student accommodations and the Leicester city centre. Lastly, De Montfort can be improved by supplying more research books to the library and including student discounts to items that are sold in the school campus. Besides this, De Montfort university is definitely a place to be.

The course I offer at DMU is biomedical science. Biomedical science is a very interesting and diverse course. It deals with the study of the human system, in relation to diseases and treatment research. At DE Montfort, face to face classes and lab sessions are organised for students. The course teaching hours is usually two hours and teachers are reachable and ready to assist students. Also , while at the labs, students get the opportunity to carry out realistic practicals and gain effectual laboratory skills.
