It's really a great place to study because we've got good instructors and professors who always make up time to answer any questions we have after classes or weekends. The lecturers do not discriminate and give equal opportunities to students in classes. Our hostel life is the best I can't even begin to describe, and welcoming to international students. As for improvement I would say our Cafe teras, the snacks prices there should be reduced as the snack is not worth the price, also for our Cafe on the first floor in Pontio, the prices of the coffee are too much something should be done about that. Lastly, as an MA student our assessments are just too much, and some of our submission dates are close to each other putting pressure on the students, they can do better.

I love my course, I mean all or almost all aspects of it, most of our classes are in class which is my preferred mode, we have a two hours class per course in a week giving us time to revise what we've been taught in class and also to read ahead. My lecturers reply my emails within 24hrs, we have time for group discussions in class giving everyone opportunity to voice out their opinion on a subject. Our course materials are well designed and explanatory, one thing I love is the diversity of students in my course we've got students from different cultures and continents so during our group discussions we get to learn a lot from a particular country and their way of life.

I love the safety and the gym facilities of the halls, the close proximity to school and stores. Our halls shop is accessible and prices are reasonable. The least thing I like is the halls fees I think it's a little too much for my room and also that the bed is small although the room facilities are top notch except for the heater which only last about 15minutes and doesn't circulate in the room.

Im in the school of healthcare sciences, its great so far. The lecturers are great, they give you support you need with your work and their happy to help and to listen if you have other problems. The university has a great student union that's worked hard to get us a 24 hour library, feedback for essays in 3 weeks and Wednesday afternoons free for activities and clubs.

Some of the updated halls are really nice, however the nursing students have to be in a certain block which was old and needed modernisation but that didn't stop them charging through the roof for the room.
