Course-wise I can have no complaints, all lecturers do their best to get all students good marks and if they put in the effort everyone should be fine. Most of the utilities are okay but the gyms at both campuses are not big enough for the amount of student

The university is in a very good location with great night life. However with my course Environmental science which includes a year placement it is very difficult to find one and we are not given much help.

Sheffield Hallam is so fun! my only criticism would be size of the library which becomes a particular issue around exams but apart from that im having the time of my life.

My uni is fun. My course is ok however i would rather have more career prospects and have all helpful modules rather than including ones that seem somewhat pointless. The union is ok, however i wouldnt ever use it. The main issue with my uni (in my opinion) is the lack of library space. When lectures encourage you to use them, however its a very slim chance that you will be able to get space to work. Lectures are nice, and so my campus.

The city of Sheffield as a whole is very student orientated and provides a lot of opportunities for students to go out, take advantage of food/drink offers and help get involved in the city life. The University encourages such behaviour, however its advertisement of student unions and societies is quite limited. In terms of the course, it has been well organised since I came here in 2012 and a lot of the tutors are enthusiastic about there work.

I've had a great experience at Sheffield Hallam so far and would recommend it to anyone. I think the courses are interesting and the lecturers are helpful and approachable.

General Impressions are that the nightlife is good, aswell as the city. The course is intriguing and the tutors are quite engaging. This city is very student orientated.
