I love the uni and the lectures. My course is informative and encouraging and I love the studio space. I also love that the uni cares so much about sustainability and inclusion. I don't love the location or Leeds though. It would be nice if it was a full campus and maybe with more access to park or nature environment.

The facilities are great, and free to use whenever even just for personal fun. It has a lovely environment and everyone here is so supportive of your goals and projects. It’s quite a small uni so it has a really nice sense of community. I think the student union could be improved. The societies and support offered isn’t the best. But we also have access to the uni of Leeds societies so it hasn’t really become an issue.

I think Leeds Art is such a great hub for creatives. Everyone feeds ideas off of each other. Student Welfare is always so helpful for me and especially my friends.

Resources for study are amazing however due to the size of the uni the student union and cafe/bar facilities are very very minimal.

After being a part of the university for the past four years (one year of foundation and three years of undergrad), I can confidentially state that Leeds Arts University does live up to being the best Art university in Yorkshire. From the support from the teaching staff to the resourcefulness of the university, I am glad to have joined this university.
