The location is the main thing I’m not the most happy about

Pros - The artist community is really inclusive and the union encourages a lot of social events/art markets/catch ups with the student pres - lots of mental health & well-being and academic support services that are very immediate and helpful - a range of supplies and studio spaces to work in. Great range of books and always willing to buy any books required for your studies Cons - needs to take more consideration of student reviews on course study, etc - university should listen to union and student voices regarding issues around lack of classes and course material for older years

Pros - lots of life drawing and arts activities to hone your skills independently - lots of master classes for younger years - great workshops and facilities hosted by uni outside of course such as ceramics, 3D printing, etc classes Cons - lack of changes throughout the year after student complains - not enough scheduled studio sessions for post graduate students - not enough applicable teaching from main course modules - more worksheets and focused class work, especially for neurodivergent students
