The best thing is the support available
The support from the lecturers and your pdt is amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive. There are good resources all around but esp in the library. An improvement I’d consider is advertising their courses more, for example with my course, I didn’t even know ARU did medicine until one of my friends applied to it.

Improved – not being such an expensive city. My accommodation price is £896 a month, and compared to accommodations in the Midlands, they have gyms and other facilities and pay a lot less. - A lot of people have said some of the staff are rude, and I feel like some don’t actually know how to mark assignments. - Our student union is very tiny, so it's not really a place to chill, as there will be people there too. - The supposed well-being support they are always advertising isn’t that good either. Apparently they only allow students to have meetings on a specific date and time which is not inclusive of their timetable and life. - There seems to be a culture of staff ignoring emails from students.
I feel at home. In this area and in the lectures making friends was never an issue, and there's always someone willing to help.
I love the environment of university that's making me easy to study on my laptop anywhere in the campus.

Best excellent sessions are great Location is far Need to spend lots of money for travel and food
There are so many areas for you to sit and do work both in groups and just by yourself. The student union are very supportive and make sure you know where to go if you ever need support. The only thing i believe could be improved is the food option at the cafe but we are in the middle of town centre so there are many options just off campus.
Plenty of space to practice skills however little or no time outside of lectures or skill sessions to practice skills. Lack of available space for studying aswell between 9-6 so provision of more would be more helpful
My university experience at ARU Peterborough has been really good so far. All staff and students are friendly and staff are always ready to help when you need it. The campus is in a great location so walking into the centre is easy.
I like everything about my experience.
Best are the opportunities, the work experience side of things and having advise from people. Worst- student life anxiety
I love all of my lectures and my teachers are so helpful! I in all honesty, have no complaints whatsoever:)

First gen student
it is a great bulding with lots of support and great course options
Were offered lots of extra support and the university arranges study sessions to help with our learning such as they put on a references study session so if you aren’t confident you can get support and bring your referencing skills up. The only issue i have with my university so far is that there isn’t much food choice but due to where we are based the town centre is very close with lots of different options so i believe that may be why.
I find my university a great place to study because they have so much systems in place to help and support students through university life. So far I can’t find any fault because I have access to so much learning materials and support with wellbeing.
Everyone is nice and friendly however there is no bars
The best aspect of university life is how you can make friends with people from different backgrounds
