i really do love it here I find it excellent the whole student life and scene at Anglia Ruskin University is extremely enjotable amd stimulating physically through sports mentaly through lectures and study, emotionaly through eye candy, and socially through meeting some great folk and fellow students. Great stuff.
There is a lot of work there is also a lot of support from uni advisors help who will help you with your cv and also your future job applications so this is very helpfull. I enjoy my social life whilst being at uni everyone is friendly and open to help when there is too much work I would reccomed my uni to anyone.
I have really enjoyed my time here from growing and moulding a positive future I ahve oncreades my confidence and welcomes new friends and new experiences into my life. it is not comlpetly without it is challenges but I believe that these have also helped me to mature. I would reccomend that anyone thinking of applying does.
Please do realise that in order to make the most of your time at uni here you really do need to get involved in every opprtunity as soon as you arrive this is not the time for being a shy wallflower you need to find your voice your smile and your spirit and get stuck in. Overall I would like to reccomend ARU.
I love my uni and my fashion classes. I have recommended this to my friends back at home. The uni is a very friendly place and the tutors are very helpful. Though I wish there more chances to meet more people from other years and courses
Good uni, good course, good tutors, good facilities. Cambridge is quite an expensive place for students but there are lots of bars that have cheap drinks and great student nights Uni canteen is quite expensive too
Studying Performing Arts here at ARU has been good although I am not sure I will be able to make career out of it when I graduate, Lots of my old college friends that have gone to London universities have had a much better experience in the performing arts world. I love Cambridge though and the city/nightlife is amazing
Great University. I have made so many new and values friends over the past two years it is been amazing and I would encourage anyone who is thinking of applying to just do it you will not regret a single moment. The quality of the course and the lectures is high and the student support services fantastic.
Good university with a wide range of courses to choose from I would defo recommend my fashion course. Great lecture rooms and nice university setting. Teaching is to a good standard here and if you put in the hard work you reap the rewards.
Anglia Ruskin is like a brilliant type of student community theres so many cool people here so why do I love my uni I love it because as an international student I felt like I was welcomed and I fitted in straight away There were lots of societies for me to get involved in and a lot of support from the SU
My friends are fab creative and quirkly to save you feeling lonely and homesick I would advise you to make frieds as quickly as possible and do not just stick to freshers make friends with other years as much as possible too. The wide variety of clubs and societies also makes it a good environment.
The course is relevant to what I want to study so I am enjoying it and learning lots and I am grateful for my teachers and lecturers support and sound advice. I have meet lots of like minded people in my course that is pretty sweet The scholarship is grand extra money and a card for John Smiths aw yes. Work hard for it.
I can only vouch for the Cambridge School of Art, within the university even though the whole university is vibrant and exciting. The atmosphere in the Ruskin building of the Art School is like a family of like-minded people rather than a teaching environment. Everyone encourages others and all disciplines cross over - Fine Art, Photography, Graphic Design, Printmaking, Fashion, Film, postgrads and undergrads. It's the the major visual arts faculty in Cambridge and has links throughout the city with that other university and it museums and galleries and the Cambridge Union Society. A much needed beacon of pure art and design within a city of boffins and academics. Cherished by the city and the region, you get a sense you are in a place that is very special with people that are inspiring.

I am really enjoying life at uni. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The tutors are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The professor is also really good. Cambridge is a beautiful city and a very expensive city to live. Studying here is amazing though
