Lincoln is small but is part of it's charm! The campus is pretty with great modern facilities. There are many societies which are very active helping students create a sense of community. Many of my friends have joined different societies every year and enjoyed making new friends and having new experiences. I had the opportunity to study abroad through the university which was a LIFE changing experience. The staff seem to genuinely care about student wellbeing, especially receptive when you reach out needing help. The university should do a better job of informing students of all the resources available to them as some resources I am just finding out about in my 4th year.

I rarely had any online teaching which I preferred! Sometimes the lecturers seemed to just be reading off the slides, focusing on content quantity rather than teaching but it makes sense given the class size for my course. Seminars in first and second year always felt pointless because participation was low and often with a random lecturer or PHD student which was frustrating. Lecturers always seemed to be willing to help where they can and often would set up drop in sessions for difficult topics or in case of emergencies on projects.

Loved the location- perfect for first year. Very expensive but was due to how close it was to campus. Ample space and never felt crowded in common areas despite living with 11 other people. Ensuite and large kitchen. Good wifi. I never had any issues that required maintenance within my room but when we had issues in the common area someone was sent out very quickly. The reception staff who managed post and other tasks were always very helpful and friendly.

I love every signle part of UNI and will miss it so much when i leave. Lincon is a little buuble, i like that it's so small but has the drama of a big city. My course is great and i would recommend the university to anyone.
