I love Falmouth, especially in the summer months it is beautiful. My friends at other universities are very jealous when they are in a ‘concrete jungle’ trying to find a park to enjoy the sun and I am having BBQ’s at the beach and swimming in the sea!! In the winter months it is fun too but wrap up warm and if you are into your water sports then buy a decent wet suit and you can go in the sea whatever the weather is.

The best aspect is that it is a very welcoming university. Everyone is open to getting to know each other and the studios are suited for the best working conditions. The worst aspect is that you have to pay to print your work even though it is an arts university. This means that I have to pay to complete projects that if I didn't print I would fail.

The best aspect is that it gives you a lot of freedom. Although some people might not like this, I think it works well for me because you are supported throughout but you can go off on your own which sets you up for future jobs. The worst aspect is that I only have 2 studio days a week, which for someone paying £9000+ a year feels like a waste.

The thing I liked most was meeting new people that were from different courses. I feel like halls allows you to meet a wide range of people that aren't just on your course. The worst was that they were still building the building when I moved in and also you don't know the people you are moving in with and some of them can be extremely messy.
