It is incredibly well connected to industry which makes it easier for students to make contacts for themselves. Visiting speakers and lectures provides inspiration and preparation for graduation.

The whole campus is fresh and new in particular the Penryn Campus with is shared with the Exeter Cornwall Campus. The Graphics Department has a new building.

There is a range of extra curricular activities in the formations of societies and clubs from Rugby, Snowsports, Duke of Edinburgh, LaCrosse, Hockey and High Tea. The societies are run and led by students with the advice and support of the FXU student union.

Not what you would find in a city as it is a Cornish town however it is very lively and beautiful. There is one club however the majority of student prefer the pub, cocktail bars and cornish hiding holes rather than the city life.

There is a huge range of societies, something for everyone.

All first year undergraduates are guaranteed university managed halls. In the second year there is support from the university for finding student houses.

Lovely location to live in, so close to the beach. The student community is amazing and friendly and I'm really glad I chose to study here. The accommodation is lovely and there is good public transport and lots of houses near the sea for second year.

There's a library on campus, as well as a shop and lots of art resources including reprographics (screen printing, etc)

Lots available, there's counselling support as well as finance/housing etc.

FXU is amazing! They organise regular events and there's always something going on, whether it's charity events, club nights or selling. The presidents are always talking to the students/sending emails and keeping the students up to date.

There aren't a lot of clubs... But there's the beach and a lot of quirky pubs, etc.

Lots of societies and clubs to choose from, including things like quidditch and underwater hockey...

Lecturers are very friendly and helpful. My only wish is that it would be easier to get in contact with them! (They're always so busy!) However on my course you see your lecturers twice a week and when you talk to them they're always helping you on the right path.

There are regular opportunities to showcase your work and do work/competitions for organisations and companies outside of the uni. There are also exhibitions during the year of your work that they invite people from the industry to. (Mine being Graphic Design)
