My best expeirences is meeting new people while going to places like the verve which is very cozy and welcoming and learning new skills to use in the future in classes. My worst experience is the union sometimes not dealing with certain people or problems that need to be sorted.

I have always found in class to be more helpful in learning with the lectures being there to help and go through things with you. Contact hours are good on teams but not so much on email. Coming from a practical course the hour long lectures arent very helpful and would be best taught in class as you can practice what they are teaching about.

The Uni area on campus is great, however the places around you can't go a street without smelling weed and at night doesnt feel too safe, only would go out then with others. I have tried to get part time jobs here, i have plenty of experience working 5 jobs with knowledge but get shut down due to not being flexable because of uni. Id love to get a job at the student union but they always seem to be full of staff.

I stayed in a Leek Road House last year and the rooms are grear and spacious. Plenty of room to put my things without making the place crampted. The communal areas was great and enjoyed the fridge room with ice/water machine and boiling hot water from the machine. The only issue with the houses was the location of the place, due to it being next to the LRV which every Wednesday and Friday would be banging out songs and screaming people. And also the cost of the place is alright for value. I struggled to pay only because my maintains loan was over £1000 less than rent.

Best Aspect: the course is great Worst Aspect: many of the computers have issues such as broken screens or software

Best Aspect: In lecture and online resources are extremely helpful Worst Aspect: for the first few weeks, the structure of a module can be a little confusing

There are plenty of great places to go around that you can go by foot, however overall the place is a little run down

Best thing in Clarice is having an ensuite bathroom. Worst things in Clarice is long waits to collect mail and the place is designed like a panopticon
