The best part of Derby uni for me is definitely the people. Meeting people from all sorts of backgrounds, cultures and places is really important to me. There is an instant feeling of belonging, and everyone is independent in expressing themselves.

Love all the community study spaces, lecture halls are spacious. The seats in lecture halls at OFGS arent great for 3 hour lectures but overall decent. Only issue is lecture halls tend to be overly hot, and as the heating is central we cant dim it or open the windows.

Lectures so friendly and willing to help in all situations. Assistance with assignments are great. Most lectures are engaging and enjoyable Didnt enjiy the guest speaker from last semester really not neuro-inclusive.

Wonderful staff, cleaners and RA's. Rooms are great, had a mix up with accessibility but it got sorted really quick. Issues regarding windows and showers raised and now fixed but were not fixed in a timely manner. Building work across the road does start very early but easy enough to ignore.
