I love being at university, there are very few negative things to say about my experience here. I take part in many things and really get involved with the university as it�s the best way to make the most of your time here.

The university facilities are brilliant. There�s a barber in the student union! The business school and the SU centre are fantastic; I do not have any complaints.

I wish there was extra support lessons for certain modules which are particularly hard instead of general support sessions for the entire course. You can email your lecturer although the response time can be quite slow. I am appreciative of my personal tutorial meeting which happens every three weeks with the head of management, this is a really cool part of the course which the department has provided for students without any need to ask for it.

The SU do a lot of work and put in a lot of effort into improving students' lives.

Leeds is a brilliant city; I have lived just outside London my entire life so I can say without a doubt that Leeds is an incredible place to be. Though it can�t compare to London, it is still a great city with a positive atmosphere and environment.

I have joined the Business society, Bowling and the 5-a-Side football league. The Business society is great as they arrange trips to Amsterdam and many socials and parties throughout the year. There are thousands of students involved in these societies and so there are always on going events taking place. They also offer a lot of work-related support.

I chose business management because I was not entirely sure which subject pathway to go down and this course allowed enough breadth to cover many things that would be useful in future life. After having studied this course, I realise that it is entirely relevant to what I want to do and it has inspired me to want to set up my own business. The quality of teaching is brilliant and the business school itself is awesome. I do wish students were able to have a say in when their lectures and seminars should take place as early mornings are not a productive time for students and it hinders the work they are able to perform.

I have yet to approach the uni for support regarding work and careers. So far I have found a part-time job myself. I am aware of support services which help you in finding work.

I did not apply for student halls because it is too expensive. There is also no guarantee that you will be accepted into the halls you apply for which made me sceptical about applying, I wish that there was a more definitive way of selecting our place to live. I originally applied for halls that cost �3500 a year but was declined and offered a place that was �6500 a year; hence I did not accept the place in the end.

Experienced faculty make it great place to study. Improvement area: The courses should include workshops on ESG and new technologies as well.
