Great place to study: I really like the location. coming from the countryside, Belfast is a nice city because it’s big enough to be new, but not too big to be overwhelming. Good public transport too. Improvement: they organise a lot of interesting events during lecture times, which is unfortunate because I would be interested in going but I can’t miss class

I’m finding some of the first year work hard since Leaving cert doesn’t go into as much detail as A levels, so I’m constantly playing catch up. The lecturers seem nice, but the class size is so big that I’m too scared to ask questions. I also get the impression that I shouldn’t really need to ask and that I should know what’s happening, mainly due to the point above.

I feel really safe and it’s in a nice neighbourhood. There’s also a lot of trees and wildlife around so it’s calming

I really like Queens for Music as their facilities are absolutely excellent, particularly SARC with the Sonic Lab. It also gives us great career opportunities through it's various societies, for example Queens Radio that I'm part of

I've really enjoyed nearly everything about my course so far, there was 1 module that I think a lot of my year found a bit boring however we really liked the lecturer

I really like that I have an ensuite, however not everyone in Elms gets these
