Student union needs to make the process of bank letters easier and quicker. I had to wait three weeks for mine and only received it after I send two pushy emails! Ridiculous!

Helpful resources that are easy to find for students needs to be improved. It's hard to find out where the student resources are!

Wifi dips in and out, which is annoying for students trying to complete assignments. We also have staff members who enter the housing unit with NO NOTIFICATION on the students behalf! If someone needs to enter accomodation for maintenance or procedures, the students living there need to know!
