Good study spaces, generally up to date facilities
The university has a lot of support for students and the teachers are very welcoming, happy to answer questions and understand the students. There are many individual study rooms in the building. And the view is very nice, so I'm happy to study here.
The societies I've joined have changed my career goals by showing me new options that I wouldn't have otherwise considered. Certain courses have so many students that there is very little room in lecture theatres, and admin is also slow for this reason.

Studying biology at the University of Bristol is a real privilege. The Life Sciences facilities are state of the art. Students get to learn from the leading experts in this field. Bristol is a wonderful place to live with a wide variety of cultures, and art and has a great music scene. There is room for improvement when it comes to mental health services.
I really like the support given by the staff and the various facilities offered. I don't like how limited 3d printing or other toolsets are when you need them most

Good uni and learning environement- only negative comments I can make is: please reserve phd students for 2nd year students only it is quite hard to find information about the uni- i didnt know what my tutor was for until late 2nd year, nor was i aware of what my ucard gets me access to
Best aspect: Good course structure and general support. Worst aspect: Some specific modules feel less organised.
There are always countless events, socials, activities and things to get involved with happening at and around Bristol, and they're easy to attend and opt in and out of. The study spaces are excellent, well-maintained and easily accessible -- the Arts and Social Sciences Library in particularly is a wonderful resource I make lots of use of, as during term time it is open 24/7. The classes are interesting although very content-heavy and require very good time management skills in order to keep on top of all of the work, although most professors are fairly understanding. The disability support services are very helpful and easy to work with, but you must be able and willing to advocate for yourself.
University of Bristol provides places (eg. hackspace and labs) that are open for engineering students to create their own individual projects. This allows the creativity of the students to be cultivated which creates a deep passion on the course they chose to study. The support from our lecturers has been fantastic! As I a course representative, I understood that the faculty takes into consideration the suggestions of the students and tries to address all the problems that arise. However, during exam season, I found out that the established study spaces and libraries are not enough to accomodate all the students. Some days during exam season, I was wondering from one study space to the other in the hop that I will find a free desk. Hence, I believe that more study spaces and libraries should be available for students. Furthermore, most of our lecturers come from an academic background (Phd). I understand that the people chosen to teach are some of the brightest people and have contributed much to the research of the university. However, I think that some of them are not as strong in teaching and explaining engineering concepts to students. Furhtermore, I would like to see more lecturers coming from an industrial background rather that the academic background. This is because as students, we could learn and benefit by seeing the different sectors of engineering and how they are applied to what we are learning at the university.

Great facilities and some great people. However, the units and the overall programme feel like a work in progress, so while positive changes are happening, one would expect that the issues would have been already ironed out before.
Love the people and feel of both the uni and the city. Very heavy workload

Student accommodation location is great, there is also lots of buses around which makes transport convenient. There is a lot of student support in the university too, from mental health to career support. Though the weather is quite weird, but the days when the skies are clear looks beautiful. I do hope that the student clubs are cheaper as I would like to join many club activities but they are just out of my budget. And the part time jobs I find doesn't fir to my time and my job related aspects
The city is genuinely amazing. The lecturers are all lovely and the course is super interesting. The only thing that sucks are the halls which are kind of shit, but other than that it's a great uni.
Everything else is fine, but the housing problem is serious. The University recruits so many students but they simply can't provide enough accommodation. Commercial student accommodations are ridiculously expensive, and rents go up every year. Bristol rents are about to be/are already the same as London's. Also, if you want to rent an apartment or a house, I'm sorry, agents or landlords don't accept undergraduates.
The facilities are great, you can use any library and all of the places for study are relaxed and make me motivated. The buildings are gorgeous and the location is situated in the centre of the city, making it close to everything you could need i.e., food places, cafes, bars, housing and supermarkets. The only thing I think could be improved is the library opening times as most are very limited, however, I believe this is the repercussions that have been caused by Covid and the staff are working hard to rectify this.
Best aspects include an amazing community both in terms of student and lecturers. Worst aspect would probably have to be the fact that exam model solutions are very hard to get a hold of from previous years in order to aid studying and preparation for my own exams

Love the city and the Uni location, really convenient and lots of things to do near. Lectures and seminars are mostly interesting and engaging, relevant with the modern realities. I'd say that the assessment system might be something to pay attention to and continue improving it.
Great academics and research opportunities. Great facilities that are accessible and encouraged to be used. Poor student support and students' union is not as active in average student life as other universities. No Formula Student society.

Great facilities and supportive staff. Sometimes seminar classes are quite big.
Because it's a new course there isn't as many facilities or support available.
Great location and clean, new modern building. Very expensive.
