For me as a Computer Science student, the facilities provided in the University of Sunderland are excellent. They provide fast computers and loads of books in the library that really helps me in doing the tasks and assignments. Outside of the studies, the university has Teams Sunderland that facilitates sports where I joined the futsal team and met a lot of new people. Additionally, lots of events are held by the Students Union which can help students to take a rest in their studies and do other activities. The people here are very kind and friendly where all students are treated fairly. In conclusion, the University of Sunderland is a good place to study.

One of the things that could be improved is the timing of the released results. It’s a bit hard for students to discuss their grades to the lecturers, especially when there is a miscommunication/misunderstanding that can lead to a change of grades. Unfortunately, due to the grades that have been approved by the moderator, this seems difficult. Another thing is if it’s a 2-part assignment where sometimes the results of the 1st assignment haven’t been released even though the 2nd assignment is on its way.
