University of Sunderland really changed me as a person. I used to be very shy and didn't want to talk to new people but after Freshers where you meet so many people it becomes natural. My advice is for people not to worry like I did before i got to university - you will have a great time.

The wellbeing support and the support of staff is incredible at Sunderland. The lecturers genuinely care and if they can help you they will!

The timetable is great as there are set days that you’re in uni so you can plan a lot better. I would like to see more online sessions but aside from that, it’s amazing!
