The serene environment is truly exceptional, complemented by a stunning river view from the library and outstanding teaching methods. Additionally, the free bus shuttle is a fantastic convenience. However, one area for improvement is student support. I hope the school can enhance its efforts in providing more comprehensive assistance to students.

Online classes used to be very engaging, though the allocated time often felt insufficient. On the other hand, physical class interactions bring out the best in us, fostering deeper learning. The practical application of some courses has significantly shaped my life, making the lessons truly impactful.

Sunderland is a beautiful and peaceful city that embraces diverse cultures. It offers the opportunity to connect with people from various backgrounds, creating a rich and inclusive community. The warmth and hospitality of the residents make Sunderland truly special. For me, it feels like a home away from home—a place where I can thrive and grow.

It has been life changing in the best way. I have met amazing people along the way and boosted my confidence so much since beginning the course. The opportunities that the university have given me has allowed me to push myself to achieve more than I thought I would, I couldn't be more grateful to the lecturers and to the university for that.

Staff are very helpful. The services at the gateway are very useful and all staff are very helpful, especially with accommodation services.

The university offer amazing academic and personal support. There are a wide range of services to support academic and personal development. The lecturers and brilliant at showing support to students and responding to feedback through personal tutor group meetings which we can discuss the course and how we feel it is going so far and if any issues are raised we know that they won't be shared from the cohort unless needed. The lecturers are great at keeping in contact with students through verbal interaction or emails to make sure we are getting the support needed and to make sure we are okay.

It is a good, cheaper night out as it is easy to travel to. I prefer to travel to Newcastle if there is a large group of us.

The lecturers are great at giving support to students through meetings and emails. They are amazing at what they do and their lectures/lessons are interesting and useful. The course has given us a great understanding of the career we will be working in after the course. There has been plenty of opportunities to reflect on our time at university through assignments, work experience/placements.

The university has given us a wide range of opportunities and experience throughout the first year ad has planned others for further years. The course has allowed us to reflect on our experience through written reflections to help us recognise positive practice and how we want to be when we prepare for looking for jobs.

The university's accommodation services are very helpful and supported me with advice for next year's accommodation. The accommodation I lived in for my first year, although was private and not run by the university but was for university students, was modern, clean and had everything needed for students. I have made great friends during my year in student accommodation and felt it was the right choice for me. I am changing accommodation next year to live with new people and to be closer to the university campus.
