The teaching was very good as they are dedicated towards their students and their success. There were many amazing reading materials which were signposted for easy access. The worst would be the food. It was difficult to get food as there wasn't enough timings vs the quing. We had apps for everything yet no online menu of what was available so we had to que up to see what we wanted and if nothing looked appealing then we had wasted our lunch break. There was no clear sign of where to get hot food which was more then just a panini. Lots of cold and quick food available though.

Great contact with tutors yet it's annoying that they all had different preferences of contact. Trying to remember if a certain person should be contacted via emails, teams or canvas was hard and depending on who you contacted then they would get annoyed if the wrong method was used to contact them. The course is very self taught which sometimes became an issue when nothing was making sense and lecturers said that it's all explained in a certain book which still made it confusing.

I have loved the University of Sunderland its great fun down to earth and I admit I don't feel like I'm actually working in an academic environment I love being there and I'm sure that's why I do so well. Keep up the great work UoS!

They are great there are whole teams dedicated to student disability and chaplaincy and the lecturers are always willing to help and you can swing by anytime.

I get involved with a few bits as I am a strong believer in the student rep program which I have done for two years and in that respect I enjoy it as there are a lot of skill building exercises that come with it.

There are a lot of great restaurants and bars and the nightlife can be compared to Newcastle in most respects there are a lot of useful stores around on the door step as it is right next to the Bridges a big shopping complex.

I am only involved in the computing society as no other societies bother me but it is great fun getting people together from different courses.

The lecturers are all really helpful and approachable even to just have a chat about anything. The course has flexibility and you get to dabble in a lot of potential areas to widen your horizon.

With all the access to extra curricular activities and events that help me shine above the rest I believe they are preparing me quite well to go straight into a graduate job.
