The library always feels clean and relaxed. In the last couple of years the general atmosphere now feels a more busy due to the new nursing courses. Only real complaint people I hear every week is difficulty getting food at lunch time due to long lines and some days the car park is full, which has resulted in cars parking all over residential grassed areas. The uni is very clean and the education rooms are comfortable. Uni has also redesigned some courses and this means my course has around 55 students. This is a bit tight in the education rooms and I think some people may find this a bit much. No plugs anywhere for laptops, which is a similar issue in the library at quieter desks and in corridors with seating. Lecturers for education studies are excellent and never have any time off etc. The library staff are very helpful and friendly.

Timetable’s have been at brilliant times, would easily suit people with caring responsibilities. Main lectures are about over by 4pm. The staff doing the later lectures have always put it online with no issues and are understanding if people have other commitments. Some visiting lecturers have struggled to record some sessions, which I think should be mandatory in this day and age.
