the only university for material science in the uk. i wouldn't recommend it for the lectures, it was to easy and just not the level of my university. good parties, a lot of international students, organisation was ok

The university/SU provides accessible services to support students in lots of areas of uni life. From E-mentoring, Housing advising to writing advisory services provided by the university. Beyond this, our SU provided an excellent summer placement programme to help students gain more experience and increase students employability. There are also Counselling services which support students during tough times. I never felt unaided during my first year, because there is lots of support from the university if I seek it. Maybe the only suggestion that can be improved is to help and encourage international students to integrate into the community of home students. So there is a lot of room that the universities can improve in this respect.

There are two modules I took in my two-year experience in uni that are not really good. This does not have too much to do with whether I have an interest in those specific modules but it has to do with the content organisation and specific goals that should be reached. However, the rest of the course is all overall very good.

No
