The location is really nice, there is a lot of places to go nearby, people are really friendly and nice and lectures are interesting

The campus is beautiful and everything is within walking distance in the city. There are plenty of study areas around campus and lecturers are really engaging and approachable. Facilities could be slightly better for such a highly ranked university and nightlife on campus is very limited.

The contact hours are very low. Lecturers do have good office hours though. Modules are good but I feel could have more options and also be more tailored to the specific degree. Personal tutors are not helpful and don’t know anything as well as group tutors.

It’s not very cheap and housing is hard to secure, people start very early but there’s always options, just not the best. Nightlife is so limited. For how many students there are, there should be way more options. New clubs and bars need building and the council should be looking into this. Never any part time jobs available, they don’t like students. Everything is within walking distance which is good but not enough public transport if you wanted it. Good job prospects for certain fields of work such as geography and sustainability but aside from that people tend to leave after uni.

Feels like a hotel so quite unsociable at times. Cleaners are rude and come at inconvenient times and refuse to clean the kitchen over the tiniest things. Rooms are good size but I think there should be more say on who you share a flat with. They are way too overpriced though. Students can’t afford this.
