One of the more frustrating aspects of my university experience was the expensive parking on campus. With limited spaces available, the cost of parking often felt like an unnecessary financial burden. For students commuting to campus, it added stress and made it harder to plan daily routines without worrying about finding parking or the added cost. On the flip side, the lecturers at my university were extremely helpful and approachable. They genuinely cared about student success, offering support both inside and outside of class. Whether it was through office hours or emails, they were always available to clarify doubts and provide guidance. This made a significant difference in my academic journey and created an environment where students felt valued and encouraged. However, one area that could be improved is the spacing between classes on the timetable. Often, there were long gaps between lectures, making it difficult to use the time efficiently. These breaks led to wasted time on campus, forcing some students to either go home or spend hours in common areas. A more streamlined timetable could help students make better use of their day, improving productivity and overall satisfaction with the academic schedule.

More real-world applications: Incorporating case studies and industry-related examples would help bridge the gap between theory and practice. Interactive learning: More group work or interactive sessions would encourage active participation and improve understanding. Better course materials: Providing clearer, more concise study guides would help in grasping complex topics

The location is really convenient and the city campus is really easy to navigate. I haven’t experienced the student union yet so can’t comment on what it’s like, however, the rest of the uni is really good and I’m really enjoying my time.

Majority of my course in second year is through placement which I’m really enjoying, however can be quite stressful with uni and part time work too. The lecturers are really involved with the students and always there to give help and support when needed.

It is very hard financially to deal with rent and more. I have struggled to manage my money, time and social life this year.
