The Exeter campus is incredible, so green and spacious, and being a campus uni means you'll always be bumping into people you know!

Normally in-person except for Covid, the languages programme at Exeter is great. I like all my lecturers and the core content is genuinely interesting and useful.

Exeter is quite a small town so is very easy to get around. However there is still so much to do on and off campus, and I love living there.

Really good room - well heated with a double bed and en-suite. Large kitchen and socialising area, and the maintenance crew would come to help immediately if anything was broken.

The campus is lovely; you're always surrounded by greenery and feel at peace. The student support is amazing, they reach out and ensure everything's okay and are on hand to offer support if you're struggling. The study spaces could be improved, there is a lack of room for the amount of students studying, making it hard to find a place to sit sometimes.

You're able to book in with your tutors and seminar leaders whenever you need (during their bookable hours) which is good. I like that it's not enforced because it's nice just having the reassurance you can ask for help without feeling pressured to. The core modules are a bit overwhelming to start, but they are beginning to calm down and become more manageable as I hone in my study skills.

Duryard is located about a 20 minute walk off campus making the trek uphill quite intense (however, I am reaching my fitness goals daily). It is very expensive for what you get (+£200 a week), especially as I am sharing a kitchen with 8 other students, but so are all other University accommodations.
