Absolutely love studying at BCU, the facilities for my course are amazing and so accommodating. staff and the student support are so helpful from personal experience, especially helpful when i started and was so nervous, my lecturers secretly put me in multiple groups to help expand my social circle when i struggled to do so, the campus is so cool, especially parkside i am in, they have students work on show and constantly rotate it around so you get too see all years work, some being interactive. Overall this is the uni for me and i really enjoy studying here

The best aspects are the friendliness of everyone in the university and how quickly lecturers respond to emails; both teachers and students are all approachable and kind. One thing that could be improved is lesson times, last semester I had many lectures that I found difficult to attend as a commuter due to their early starts. One of my seminars was also only an hour long which wasn’t long enough for proper discussion.

I really love the university. It’s completely pulled me out of my shell. It’s helped me rediscover who I am after having children and the university has been a huge help with any issues I have. Student voice will sort everything if the tutors can’t, and we also have amazing support services. The buildings are all unique to their courses and also very clean, professional and beautiful to look at, both inside and out. Overall, the university is very accommodating and I can’t stress enough how proud I am to be apart of BCU. I’d recommend this university to peers who want their voice to be heard and support to be delivered.

Campus is in digbeth so I feel a little far from the main campus, it’s hard to borrow laptops or use the services. But overall the digbeth building is lovely.

The student union needs more presence in BCU's other campuses. The courses tend to be well structured, however, and offer a lot of opportunities to enter the industry.

My experience with the university and course staff has been really great with so much help and support provided. The facilities are also good although I still haven’t seen everything the uni has to offer.

There is lots of student support available however their reliability is not great. I have had a wellbeing appointment cancelled 3 times and each time rescheduled for a months time. The university are quick to respond to inquires for short term problems and it is easy to find a support contact number. The course content and teaching is very good, however their organisation requires some improvement are things are often rescheduled last minute and dates for things are not given with enought time to prepare.
