Love it! Im really enjoying classes and learning new things. I find it all really engaging. I like that I can communte and stay at home. Im glad that I picked BCU as its very inclusive of all students
Although it is harder for me to continue with my foreign languages because of the lack of the languages department; I believe that this is a worthwhile university and course. The staff is friendly and the societies available help you make friends very easily.
I have enjoyed university so far. This is my first time studying at this level on a full time course and I am looking forward to the rest of my degree. I am entries to see how much I can push myself to learn and acquire new skills to fulfil and exceed my role as an adult nurse.
it’s been okay, easy to socialise with people. Lecturers and professors are a great support. I would’ve preferred it if I was offered more one to one time with the lecturers.
I love uni, and so glad I made the choice to come! There are amazing facilities, clubs and societies for everyone to join! The opportunities to travel are great & not to miss!
So far it has been quite ok. Everyone seems helpful, course modules all flow nicely, the atmosphere is calming, quite ethnically diverse, all around a nice place.

It’s been great Experience so far. I’m learning a lot of new things, and I feel like I’m bettering myself already in the terms of time management, seeking help when I need.
I’ve been here less than 2 months, and it has been fantastic and I am looking forward to more what BCU can offer! My classmates are also very nice, many international students around the university so I do not feel like I am the only one. I am also glad that there is a club that I can feel close to home such as MSA in BCU. Lecturers are kind, friendly and have humour! It keeps the spirit of the class up!
So far my university experience has been like no other. I feel the independence and freedom as a student however the professional standard is high and allows me to reach my full potential within everything I do. I hope to continue this in my future years to come.
I am enjoying my time so much, way more positives than negatives! I believe BCU was the best choice for me due to all of the positive things I have stated. I would highly recommend this uni to others
I like BCU and the course I am studying. I hadn’t studied psychology or criminology before and the first few modules are great for me because they’re breaking down the essential parts of both subjects which most people covered at sixth form. The facilities are really good and the staff are friendly.
Quite good. The facilities are good. I’m an international student however and would appreciate some more contact and communication from people as it doesn’t seem they care now that I have arrived.
My uni experience has been great so far, however getting used to living away from home has been difficult, but in the span of a month i was already used to uni life, everyone has been very friendly and very helpful
I’m really enjoying university so far. My lectures are pretty fun and I have some really funny lecturers who try their best to answer everyone’s questions which helps later confusion. The other students on the are also very helpful if anyone gets stuck which is extremely beneficial
University is great as it enables me to focus on something again, the travelling is alot and me not having a job anymore makes it much harder as finances can be quite difficult for me
My overall university experience has been okay so far. It has been hard to adjust with someone things like with the difference in teaching to how I’m used to from a level. However, the university always offers help and it was easy to meet new people.
My university experience has been great. The lectures are very helpful and all the lectures are really interesting and centred towards helping with placement or start to write out assignment meaning that we are always prepared
it seems good I would tell future students to make sure you keep on top of work as I have otherwise I know some classmates who get very stressed because they leave it all until the last minute and then it seems impossible
So far, the university experience has been nothing but pleasant. I am looking forward to studying here For future students, they need to focus on their studies and make friends. This will help the get through university even if they think they’re struggling

So far university has been the best experience that I have had to date. It is a very different environment where I have met new friends and old friends, I have experienced the great party life in the community and feel like I fit in the most I have ever done.
As I mentioned before the accommodation is a minute walk from where I have my lectures which means I'm rarely late as well as I don't have to spend money on transport. The accommodation is also a 5 minute walk from the nearest Tesco which makes it easy for me to go and do my food shopping as well as clothing shopping in the Bullring which is 10 minutes away.
There are many societies that are available a few that I have taken interest in are the basketball team and the African Caribbean Society. But apart from those there were many that I was thinking of joining.

The accommodation im currently in is very safe, there is always security or receptionists at the front desk that makes sure no one that isn't allowed walks in. The location is very good, for me as my course in the Curzon Building, this is about a minute walk from my accommodation making my seminars easily accessible. It is also near to the Bullring, so I'm allowed to walk into the centre, doing my shopping etc. Although the cost of this accommodation is a little bit higher than the others I think it's worth it as I am close the university as well as its new and safe.
