The best aspects are that my lecturers are very caring. Besides the support they give in work, they also check up on you and are very understanding when you share your concerns or problems with them. Also, they provide a lot of academic support which is very useful. They also give support for mental health, and they give support for various different things. Furthermore, the sometimes run careers fairs which are quite informative. The worst aspect might be that there may be more courses/degrees that they could include, and also have more on campus vacancies by Hired.

Online lessons are very easy to lose track off. Blended can be managable but fully online is hard for time management. Also, there wont be a teacher there ready to help you if you need it. However, a positive is the lessons are very informative, and include a lot of applied lesrning which creates a stimulating learning environment.

My experience at is phenomenal and it gave all i need to survive and live a good life in today's world. Facilities are lacking in terms that we have to share with college students and cannot utilise the Higher Education facilities due to our course. Within industry, the use of new equipment is more prevalent so we should have some semblance of these equipments in our classes as well. However, the staff and support are good and they seem to care. The higher education buildings are new and well built but our course does not allow us to use those lecture rooms.

I would say the exposure our univeristy have given like diffrent kinds of kitchens with all the necessary tools and equipment neccesary for our studies. And at a same time giving us the platform to sell our food so that we can feel how good we are doing by helping us to know how the real industry work not only the kitchen but also the department involve in it like bar, front of house, server, chef and many more . I think thats make the diffrent from any other univeristy and the courses how we need this course not only for cooking but contiuning as a carrer .

Best experiences are working within the kitchens amongst other culinary driven peers. The student support is good too. Things that could be better are the resources provided for culinary students as it seems to be a reoccurring issue where the isn’t enough produce to make a dish and this can be understandable at times however in order to work to the best possible ability we need the best resources and quantity too.
