uni has been really fun but more the social side, cos the teachers aren't amazing
My experience has been rocky road but I’m finally getting the hang of it . I’m looking forward to gaining new experience and learning more about myself and course.
Very positive! I've met some great people and the campus is nice. I would suggest living in halls if you can because it can be difficult to meet people in classes as people aren't typically very chatty. Put yourself out there and join a club!
The first three weeks on my course has been the happiest I’ve been in a while. The students and staff are so welcoming and friendly, much better than my previous university.
I am really enjoying university. -the course is great -good facilities -supportive lecturers - the university has a welcoming and friendly feel Would definitely recommend it !
I love this uni and having been to another one before hand, I can say that this university is great in terms of student support and teaching. I'm so glad I came here from my other university and wouldn't want to be anywhere else :)
Very enjoyable, I feel that I am learning all the time and well supported front he lecturers. Opportunities are always on offer for myself and colleagues
As the years progress, the experience becomes better with improvements from the university. My foundation year was a waste of time and money. The computing foundation was mixed with the media foundation so I found myself in lessons that didn't relate to my course.
it has been okay . however it has been very spaced out with my timetabled sessions. it could be taught better if there were more sessiosn timetabled together without big breaks.
give us network opportunities with others from the industry, the university is fun and quiet sometimes, I don't go often in the clubs but the courses are interactive
Overall it's been decent, I wish I didn't have to pay to be a member of the futsal/football team and I wish there were more on campus jobs available to students
The road map starting from open day through welcome week along with ice breakers before the term got under way, helped ease the transition into University. My personal experience has been excellent.
It’s been so amazing, I’ve never thought it would be that nice. You just have to work hard for it to be an amazing experience, but you have all the support you need to do that
Very positive! I feel like the lecturers push us academically but not so much that we struggle. I feel also that the union is really there to help us in most areas.
A lot of fun and plenty of progress so far to move forward with my chosen career after I graduate. Looking forward to what’s to come in the future. Very excited!
Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at Solent. I have learnt so much already, in so far that I now know what career path I plan to take in my life, and I have the skills and knowledge to begin and continue my work in this field.
Very good, would be nice if lectures were more informative earlier. The settling week was a big time waster. Tutors are excellent, down to earth and friendly. Assignments are given early to allow time to plan
excellent as long as you get involved, I personally started playing rugby in second year and was the best decision I made at uni, I was able to make so many friends, and have more of a social life all year round in comparison to my first
I haven't had much time in university and it has disappointed me when as an international student have spent a lot of money to come study here and have had less than my supposed 12 hours a week in the last month

enjoyable and interesting however more difficult then I first though when I started. I felt when I finished first year i was not prepared enough for second year and again for third.
busy can sometimes be overwhelming however I enjoy being close to the center
not sure never been to any of them
