Lectures are high quality, lecturers are passionate and facilities are good, have access to anything I will have needed. The only downside is there’s a lack of a student connection to the university, the SU doesn’t seem too prevalent

Bristol is a nice aesthetic city with everything you need. Most buildings are close together on campus so generally easy to navigate. (For computer science) Lectures can be delivered better, sometimes just reading off of slides. Facilities are nice and useful
I love the buildings and the architecture of the place. My lectures have been going very well but it’s on a hill, so it’s very tiring to walk up but defo made my legs bigger :)
So far, my campus life is fresh and good, but I think there is still a lack of support for international students, and it can still be a bit uncomfortable because it is my first year here. Maybe I need more time to get used to life here.

It is a great uni with everything you could want, in a great location in The centre of the city

Amazing city and nightlife, very social and easy to meet people. Great uni buildings, lots of great study spaces and places to chill with friends. The students union could be improved, it’s not very widely used and doesn’t offer much for students
Great lectures and facilities Timetable is very challenging, high number of contact hours with very long days
Very poor maintenance Overall very fun and social hall in a great location
