I like the variety of study spaces that are all very modern, so I often switch up where I choose to work which helps me stay motivated. I would like more green/outdoor spaces to hang out with people when the weather is nice, as I feel Liverpool in general is lacking these in the city centre.
University has supported me by getting my diagnoses done and making regular check in with me I feel accepted for who I am. Lecturers need to ensure they have enough time to cover all content when they delay starts.
The newer university buildings (mount pleasant campus) look very nice and I like being there. The buildings on city campus (where I usually am) are quite run down and the locations aren’t as good.
the tithebarn library and student life building are amazing study spaces with great facilities and the university has a great location in liverpool with lots of things to do nearby
The best aspects are how there is slot of support around you if you need help on an assignment people are always so open and welcoming to help you. For me I think the building I'm in it's okay looking but I feel like the look could be a bit better
the facilities are amazing, with endless equipment for every project you could ever need. the staff and tutors are very supportive and are always on hand to help in any way they can. The lecturers are extremely helpful with written work and any in studio tutors will give helpful and productive feedback on my work. the only thing that could be improved is the cost of materials, especially for creative courses. although the university may have many facilities, the price to use these limits students ability to use them. we understand it costs to have them, but something me and other students have spoken about is possibly making more common materials more accessible, such as canvases we don’t have to pay for, or even a way we could buy things through the university for a cheaper price.
Great location wise being next to city centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Nice tutors, great education,
The best part of my uni experience is the independence and personal growth it brings, while the worst part is the occasional stress from managing everything at once.
there is lots of student events on such as fairs and activities
I love the level of support and care staff have for all students regardless of your school of study. Lots of volunteer & paid opportunities and great location (Mount Pleasant campus)
I think the overall facilities are amazing however, one of the lecture halls only has a very small hand table which can barely fit a book on- making people struggle in lectures. This lecture hall also has a lower amount of seats than ones in the Redmonds building, because of this I’ve seen students have to sit on the floor!
Great university sports scene and togetherness, outstanding facilities, great location and night life
I love the facilities and the education I'm currently getting however I believe that it could be improved. Majority of the facilities are located on mount pleasant campus so it can make it difficult for city campus students to make full use of them. The library for example closes at 7pm which after a day of finishing at 5pm can make it difficult for people to go and study in them for long enough and while the SLB is 24 hour access it's too far for students who are living near city campus to feel safe walking back late at night.
So far this semester has been really good. I have learnt lots of new things and the lecturers have been really encouraging and made me want to learn more. I have had many questions and they have all been extremely helpful about it all. The sport societies aswell are extremely welcoming and I have enjoyed myself.
I really like the student life building, it’s open 24/7 and I find it useful for a space to work in. It’s incredibly clean and has lot’s of places to sit and work at varying from sofas to soft chairs to a desk on your own.
Great support and internship opportunities, a lot of extracurricular activities available
The faculty are all very approachable and helpful and reply to you quickly. The buildings and locations are filled with resources that help with academic success; the multiple laptops, academic help team, meeting and study rooms and amazing facilities. Improvements- N/A
Good people good tutor basically good human being around good surroundings

Libraries should be available more often
Course hours should be less
I like the place but hate the shared bathroom
