it is a student-friendly environment and everyone is willing to support you on campus. Such a great place to experience student life also as it's close to the town centre too.

Large campus with lots of places to study. Also areas available for 24hr study
Everything has been good, and the facilities are great too
Leeds is a great place, small enough for it not to be too overwhelming but big enough that it feels like a city. The weather is the only rough thing-it’s windy or raining most days. The campus is quite big but it’s hard to get lost as there’s signs and directions almost everywhere.

Overall , it's great! But sometimes managing work life and student life can get a little bit overwhelming.... But I found our that you can become a student ambassador of the university and they have flexible hours! So if you're looking for jobs I think trying to apply to be a student ambassador is the best option!! Of course it is a big jump from a levels or b tech ...... but that's okay! You don't feel as overwhelmed because everyone else is doing it! Studying psychology, biology, english, or maths A-levels will definitely help you, but if you haven't its alright because quite a few haven't either, but that means you will have to put more effort in to get the results you want! The exams are openbook multiple choice questions and you also get coursework like essays and reports. The campus is very nice and big and you can take a nice walk around, they even have rabbits that you can always spot on the grassy areas! If you are a commuting student it's best to buy a railcard from the train line app to save you money in the long-term and check out the year lly or monthly bus tickets and see what works our cheaper for you! To mentally prepare you the train services are usually very good , but bus services can be a tiny bit stressing so always make sure you get out early enough! As a muslim student, the prayer and ablution facilities are amazing with 3 ablution facilities (the green room and the union and I domt use the 3rd) and prayer rooms in all 4 libraries, the union and the green room! Joining the societies would be a great opportunity for you to meet new people and have fun outside the studying hours.... if you commute you may not really be bothered to attend the venues they have but still join and try something out of you want!! Even the union has a co op and there are three tescos next to campus too which I found very convenient! The uni of Leeds is around a 20-30 mins walk from the bus station a d around 25- 35 to the train station (depending on what side of campus you are on) . They also have a gym too! If you're interested in that (I haven't been ) . Now with accommodation ,from the friends I have the ones that live in Central Village they like theirs, I think the Charles Morris accommodation gets a bit noisy which some people that live there and don't consider other people so I wouldn't recommend the charles Morris one. But there's good reviews on the other campus accommodations ! I hope this helps with your decision to pick the uni of Leeds!
Affordable living, always something to do in the week, variety of activities.
The student life is great and the campus is huge and conveniently located near the city centre. Since it's such a big uni there isn't as much chance for staff/student interaction as one might want, but I'm generally loving my time here.
Good facilities Stop programming modules as taught lectures. Should be online course
I love the uni as well as the city. The city itself is big enough where there is lots to do but still doesn't feel too big, is still easy to get around and is mostly walkable. There is a lot of support from the uni itself for students.
i like leeds uni location as it’s in between the city centre and most of the student areas. it is also right next to hyde park which is so nice in summer! lecturers feel enthusiastic about teaching. only think is the wind here makes it feel colder in winter
best: very social worst: expensive, not many student subsidies available
Best aspects are the support and the libraries and the societies in the union. The union is great and very helpful. Worst aspects are if something bad happens to you off campus the university wont really help you. There isn't support on certain modules and certain lecturers don't test you on what they teach. Some communication via email doesn't make sense and they backtrack very close to the examination period. This can make exams very stressful and confusing.
Leeds has a great student union for students to visit when on campus, but it would be improved if they advertised events more frequently.
good location and facilities, some academic improvements could be made
It is social and comfortable yet challenging

I like Leeds as I have found it to be really safe around the accommodation and throughout the city and the university as it is always a well lit area. I like studying in Leeds as my course offers a good amount of in person and pre recorded lectures allowing me to be flexible with my schedule. I wish there were more on Campus accommodations for lower prices which aren’t shared houses.

The University of Leeds is awesome because they really have your back when it comes to studying. From helpful professors to well-equipped libraries, there's a supportive vibe. To make it even better, maybe more interactive study spaces and virtual resources could be added for a modern touch.

- So much to do in Leeds, with everything you need in one place - A great community feeling
- Can be a very varied course with optional and discovery modules
- too far away - very nice accommodation, and cheap
