The only real downside of living at bath as a student is the price of everything- not much cheaper than London prices. However, bath is a beautiful city and the resources provided to us both in an educational aspect and in a social aspect are endless.

Criminology has a mix of lectures, seminars, tutorials and (one a week) online lectures. Personally this I offers a perfect mix of different types of contact hours/ learning time. Yet there is a lot of reading expected from the course which may get overwhelming

Slightly expensive but everything is reliable from the security to hot showers. Quads are also located very central to campus so it never takes me more than 10 minutes to get to a lecture

University of bath is completely unlike the brochures, in a good way. Everything comes naturally, the real moments you have are like the brochure, just not staged and completely sincere. There are equal pressures on work and social life which leads to such an all around great experience.

Im going to miss being so close to the library when I move off of campus, along with the Starbucks and all the restaurants and the gym and sports facilities.

There is plenty of student support available however I know of some queries with disablities.

There is such a great students Union presence on campus, with events and opportunities lined up all year around.

Bath is a historical city, small, with a few well established student clubs, which are great. But if you are looking for just club after club it's not the place for you.

The list of societies is endless and inclusive sports teams.

The courses are just as difficult as you could expect them to be with such long reading lists, but at the university of bath you get what you put in, and that's the only thing I can say about that.

Many people I know are on job placements currently and have jobs lined up, there is a lot of support in that area so it's not hard to find something worth your while.

Student accommodation is so nice, spacious and comfortable, some places even have cleaners who are lovely! The only downside is you don't control when the heating comes on!
