People are open minded and fun, professors are listening to your problems and try to help. Very nice and well designed and equipped facilities that are meant for your own productivity.

Everything from workshops to placements

I would give my university experience a 9/10 as I would have liked to have taken part in more activities, however with the work load I had on it was not possible. I have made some great friends from all around the UK and always stay in touch.

I feel as though the facilities were one of the best features of attending Sunderland University. My campus was very well positioned and everything was very accessible. They also had a 24 hour library which I found very useful in attending around my part time job.

All of the lecturers and staff were very supportive. All were very approachable and were flexible in personal circumstances and they always had time for every single student

Due to the fact I had a part time job as well as my study I never fully took advantage of the student union but when I went to freshers it was very well organised.

Being from Sunderland I knew that it was a good city to study in and they have everything a student wants. They have a good student night with plenty of bars and restaraunts alongside that it's only a 5-10 minute car drive from the beach.

I didn't have much time to take part in any club activists or be a part of any societies due to a hectic lifestyle with work and university studies.

All of the course content was relevant and interesting and in one of our modules we watched films and gave presentations which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I feel like we had a lot of help with finding jobs. Our course leaders told us about websites to use and which charities and other places of work would be helpful with our degree
