From THE very first contact with Sunderland University its like a huge hug of support and friendship. Nothing is too much trouble and if you ask someone a question and they don't know the answer they will find the person that does know. My campus is beautiful. Modern, clean and always something going on of interest. As a very mature student I have been welcomed with open arms. In my opinion no improvement needed I have literally everything and more at my disposal.

I really enjoy the time in lessons and know that outside of this my lecturer's are always within reach via teams or email. The course content on canvas is varied. Micro lectures, readings, videos, padlet etc. All interactive and interesting. I would like more in university time in class but that's out of my control

From the day I expressed an interest, the communication and support was amazing. The staff go above and beyond to ensure we get the best out of our time there and achieve our potential. I am a parent to 3 boys and thought I'd struggle balancing uni and family life but the support has remained consistent. I have achieved well beyond my expectations of grades. I never want to leave, it is such a positive community vibe. I feel a student union bar would make the experience better and better connections with local businesses for student life discounts

We have 4 hour workshops 2 days a week which work well, alongside canvas space with amazing content to enhance our module learning. Staff are available in a timely manner to help with anything.
