Good – the staff, on the whole, are very supportive, and our facilities are excellent – particularly the school of psychology; it has everything needed to support undergraduate psychology learning. Improve cost-benefit. We pay over £9000, and sometimes I'm not sure why. e.g., when lectures are online and we teach ourselves the modules, food bought from campus is very expensive.

I don't like when it is taught exclusively online. My preference would be to have a live link as well as an online lecture. When only online, people don't actually pay attention, and in most of these lectures, it's just a Q&A. So we teach ourselves the content in our spare time, and the lecturers answer any questions we have. A live link would help with accessibility – eg, when people might have to work during the day – but I understand that could lead to people not showing up in person. Contact hours in the final year are very low, but I like having my own time to focus on my studies.

Best - cleanliness and modernity of the halls. Great location and place to stay – felt like a home away from home. Didn't enjoy the circuit laundry. It's expensive and barely works.
