The entire city of Newcastle is extremely student friendly and the university itself highlights the student experience deeply. I would have liked to have more autonomy over my dissertation and the wifi can be a pain sometimes but overall the quality of resources and education that you receive here is wonderful.

Newcastle university uses blended learning quite effectively and the professors are always happy to have a one-on-one chat with you in case it is required but i do wish we had more lectures on campus.

Again, the wifi is a little difficult and the network isn't great but the loaction is beautiful and it is quite close to the metro and bus station and its a very family-friendly neighbourhood even if it is kind of far from the city centre which makes it very safe
