I enjoy University of Sunderland because the lecturers really value our opinions as students and if we take any complaints to them, we are immediately told a course of action to fix these issues.

Most of my classes and lectures are hardly ever online. And I don’t mind that. It's nice being able to see people face to face rather than an online meeting

For the first 2 months, the door into the kitchen banged loudly but recently has been fixed
