I am thoroughly enjoying my course at Newcastle University, I always wanted to study Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EEE) and my department is incredibly focussed on students. . The most important advice I would give to anyone coming to Newcastle University is to check how good their department is - the EEE department here currently sits seventh in the UK

I am having a superb time at Newcastle University so far. I live in Central Link which is privately owned halls of residence. I would recommend to have a look at this accommodation before applying anywhere else. It's so close to everything, like clubs, bars and the Business school. This accommodation just overlooks St James Park. The common room and rooms are really nice too, with big couches and a television .
