Pleased and appreciated to study and live in University and Chester. High quality of teaching, experienced tutors, helpful staff, it is a great choice I made to apply.

Impressed by Plenty of books and book fetch services. 24-7 access library area, quiet study zone as well as helpful librarians. New edged apple PCs for use. air-conditioning in summer and central heating keeps warm in winter. Big common area for group study, chatting, and chilling as well.

Got help and support from Student Future, was in hardship in finance and personal relationship. Got great advice from counselling to help make decisions.

Got brilliant help from there when looking for accommodation, signing contract.

Good location to railway station (5 min walking), close to Tesco superstore (15 mins on foot). In town, there are pubs and night clubs, small but lovely city with all fun experience.

A good variety of societies, enjoyed hiking with Mountain society went to Lake District, internal climbing as well with nice society friends. Also joined Volunteer society to help local nature sustainable development.

It's been a amazing 5 years and it's made my uni experience. Course is taught in blended way, face-to-face interaction through classroom teaching and distance learning through online Portal and MS teams. During Covid period, I also find helpful to explore the learning content created by tutors.

Career counselling includes CV writing, mock interview and career tips sharing all super professional and rewarding to use, free training and workshops boost my employbility.

Enjoyed so far staying with my landlord's property. Room size is small but enough for me and rate is super cheap. Easy to get to town (10 mins walking) and very safe and good for study, quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen and tumble dryer, shared spaces in kitchen is fair and enough.

The University of Chester is very spectacular in creating and implementing academic support strategies. It creates a great academic balance for home and international students, it’s a great place to study

I learn a lot from well experienced tutors, most of the classes are in-person but they are well spaced out and they are a great source of interaction and learning
