There is a great feeling of community on campus and everything is in place for students to feel safe and secure whilst completing their degree. The vibe in the city is great and lots to do and see on your time off.

99 percent of lectures are in person with regular and guest lecturers all working hard together to deliver great content. The first year is very busy as they try and give you a good grounding in the subject. They are aware that the industry is making great strides in the technology area so have started teaching coding so that graduates are ahead of the curve in the job market.

Situated directly opposite the entrance to uni it's in a really great spot and not too far from shops and the city centre. I live with lovely people and have made friends quickly with the people in my building. The internet is the same as on-campus so it's very easy to transition between the campus and your house and has just been upgraded. It feels very safe as the 24/7 security officers are just over the road and are always available. The property is a little tired with large holes in walls and doors. My next door neighbour's headboard was not attached to the wall upon arrival and thrown under her desk. There are no hooks in some bathrooms which is strange as there is absolutely nowhere to hang your hand towel. The worst part about the property is the noise if you live on the main road at the time of writing (dB detection through Apple Watch) is around 58dB with the windows shut. Most nights large tractors with haulage or people revving their cars loudly come down the road. It can make it difficult to sleep or concentrate.

The university is located in a very good place, the campus is cozy. The whole city of chester is very welcoming.

I had enjoyed the course very much. My lectures were very helpful and would guide me whenever I asked them. Although it was corona time but my meetings with my supervisor were always on time and she was always replying to me on time.
