Quick response to query and maintenance

Firstly, the location of the university's main campus makes it an interesting place for international student who like to experience history, the English culture and a quiet learning space. Secondly, the university's student accommodation are spread around the city, making it for students to be well-integrated into the English life in Chester while also studying. Thirdly, the university has a structure that is considerate with the schedule of students who have part-time jobs. Finally, the university has student-friendly and supportive staff who are responsive to students' needs.

My classes are quite interactive because of the lecturers' strategies. They group us and give us chance to express ourselves and ask questions. This strategy creates a sense of warmness and friendliness in the class.

The student accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the campus. I like the location because it gives me a sense of what Chester feels like outside the University campus while at the same time, getting to classes is not difficult. I met my room in a very neat condition. However, I was not satisfied with the work chair and the lack of table lamp. I sent emails go the school and in about a week, my requests were granted. Every week, a team of cleaners from the school come around to clean the common places including the kitchen. So, in my opinion, the school accommodation is a value for the money.
