Easily accessible with multiple campuses so never far away from a place to get some work done

Too many strikes which haven’t been compensated after too much content missed and lack of communication

Like a community plenty people near by shame that reception is not 24/7 and limited times on weekend

University of Brighton has been so warm and welcoming since the day I joined. The staff are always going above and beyond to ensure students have all the support and tools they need to succeed. The only downside is the amount of strikes that occurred in my first year and in the start of my second. It was a shame to see some really, really good lecturers go.

We don’t get any sessions where we just get to chat and get support from our personal tutors. I think an hour session every couple of weeks would be incredibly beneficial for students.

Brighton is incredibly expensive to live in. The housing prices are insane and the student maintenance loan rarely covers rent.

There was a campus flasher at one point… and it took them 4 days to fix my toilet that I could not flush so it was not usable… but other than that if anyone offered me a room there again I would take it in a heartbeat.
