The University of Strathclyde offers a range of courses which, in my experience, offer a practical style of teaching that sets up students incredibly well for the workplace upon graduation. This style of teaching is absolutely part of the reason I secured a graduate role in my penultimate year of study at my dream company, and I believe it has set me up well for the work I will do within this job and beyond. The University has a really positive atmosphere. It does not feel snobby at all, despite being its high rankings in university ratings publications and its quality of teaching. The social aspect of it is really warm and welcoming, and there are so many ways to get involved.

My course is taught in-person with lectures, tutorials, and seminars, but there is a lot of work to do outside of the classroom. I prefer this as it gives me the opportunity to both learn independently and work with others. The only negative is for my French classes, as I only have two hours a week of French so do not get the chance to practice my spoken French much at all, which is why I am less confident in this area.

Perfect, love this place
